I am the Labour Candidate for Loughborough.
I live in Loughborough with my family.
I am Labour’s candidate at the next general election for the seat of Loughborough. If elected I will be a fierce representative and advocate for Loughborough, Shepshed, Barrow, Sileby, Quorn, Mountsorrel Castle, and the Wolds Villages.
I am campaigning hard to win this key marginal seat to ensure that we have a Labour government that will invest in our area, put our NHS back on the right track, and support future generations through properly funded education.
I am a barrister by profession who represents people from all walks of life to uphold their rights.
I run a small educational charity that supports projects in The Gambia, West Africa.
I am out in Loughborough, Shepshed, Barrow, Sileby, Quorn or the Wolds villages every week talking to voters.
I played an active part in the campaign to halt the closure of children’s Sure Start centres across our area. We succeeded in halting the closure of one centre at Shelthorpe.
Over March and April I ran a successful NHS Winter Crisis series of public meetings. You can sign my petition to get more resources for Loughborough Hospital at bit.ly/lborohospital.
